TickTrash Bulk lets you safely bulk delete posts, pages, comments, users, taxonomy terms, metadata, and more with preview, confirmation, and batch processing.
Features:
- Posts — Bulk delete posts, pages and custom post types by post type, status, published or modified date, title, content, author, taxonomy, custom fields, URL, comment count, content length (words/characters), specific post IDs, duplicate titles, and custom query
- Comments — Bulk delete or trash comments by status, type, author, age, and post ID
- Users — Bulk delete users by role, registration date, username, email, display name, and user meta. Current account and Super Admins are always protected
- Taxonomy Terms — Bulk delete categories, tags, and custom taxonomy terms by name, slug, description, parent, usage count, and term meta. Associated posts are never deleted
- Metadata — Clean up post, user, comment, and term metadata by key, value, and object filters
- Cleanup — Remove revisions, auto-drafts, trashed content, spam comments, orphaned metadata, and duplicate metadata (post, comment, term, and user)
- Activity Logs — Full audit trail of every deletion operation with filters and detail view
- Scheduler — Schedule recurring cleanup tasks with WordPress Cron (hourly, daily, twice daily, weekly, monthly)
Safety features:
- Preview matching records before any deletion
- Batch processing to avoid timeouts on large datasets
- Progress bar with real-time stats
- Permanent delete or move to trash (where applicable)
- Full nonce verification and capability checks
- Protected accounts (current user, Super Admins) can never be deleted
- Comprehensive activity logging
All features are completely free. No pro version, no locked features.

- Upload the
ticktrash-bulkfolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Navigate to TickTrash Bulk in the admin sidebar.

Does deletion happen in batches?

Yes. Records are processed in batches of 100 by default to prevent PHP timeouts and memory issues.

Does it support WooCommerce?

No. WooCommerce-specific cleanup is planned for a future update and is not included in this version.
