Why icons not shows?

Use Awesome font for icons. You can install it any method, using theme or plugin.

Why Glass theme widget seems broken?

No, it’s not broken. For show Glass widgets as it should look, just place it on non-white photo as a background.
We still thinking about how to make this UI better to not confuse customers and not increase customizations.
