## აღწერა

OrgFuse is a complete event, conference, and membership toolkit for WordPress. Create
events, build registration forms, sell packages and memberships, and manage everyone
who signs up — from a single dashboard on your own site.

The free Core plugin stands on its own:

 * **Events & registration** — create events and build custom registration forms
with a drag-and-drop field builder, then collect sign-ups on a public form.
 * **Memberships** — sell and manage memberships, with a member “My Account” area
   and a member directory.
 * **Packages & pricing** — offer registration packages and membership tiers, embedded
   anywhere with shortcodes.
 * **Manual & alternate payments** — collect by check, cash, Venmo, Cash App, or
an external pay link, with a built-in pending reminder admin-records-payment
flow. Scholarship and complimentary registrations are recorded the same way.
No payment-processor account required to get started.
 * **Registration console** — a front-end staff console (the `[orgfuse_dept_console]`
shortcode) and the wp-admin Registrations screen: approve or deny, record check,
cash and other payments (which also settles a pay-by-check request), send confirmations,
pay links and follow-ups, close or trash registrations, and export CSV.
 * **Public pages** — an events list and calendar, receipts, and a “My Account”
   area, all via shortcodes.
 * **Built-in spam protection** — a zero-config honeypot + signed token + time check
guards every public form, with an optional per-IP rate limit you can turn on
   in Settings.
 * **Reports & CSV export** for your registrants and members.

Core is a complete toolkit on its own — create as many events, registrations, members,
packages, and form fields as you need. There is no trial period and nothing that
expires or switches off: everything you build stays yours, whether or not you ever
upgrade.

#### OrgFuse Pro and add-ons (optional)

An optional paid upgrade adds integrated Stripe and PayPal card payments, auto-renewing
memberships, card refunds and voids from the console, one-click approval of alternate-
payment requests, and advanced form-builder features. Optional add-on modules —
Exhibitors, Badge Studio, Advertising, Sponsors, Sessions, Fundraising, Check-in,
Media Vault and more — extend OrgFuse for specific event types. For newsletters,
broadcasts and a CRM, OrgFuse works with Algamail, a separate plugin sold on algamail.
com. Pro and add-ons are licensed and updated from orgfuse.com. Core never requires
a key and keeps working without one; if a license lapses, the plugin simply falls
back to Core and your data is untouched.

### External services

OrgFuse Core does not connect to any external service. It makes no outbound requests
of any kind: no tracking, no analytics, no remote content and no “phoning home”.
Nothing about your site, your users, your visitors or your members is sent anywhere.

 * The Help screen uses guides bundled with the plugin.
 * The “OrgFuse Pro & Add-ons” screen is built from a catalog bundled with the plugin.
 * Links to orgfuse.com (documentation, pricing) and WordPress.org (support forum)
are ordinary links that open only when you click them.
 * The built-in spam protection (honeypot, signed token and the optional rate limit)
   runs entirely on your server.

Optional paid add-ons are separate plugins, not included here, and disclose their
own external services (payment processors, CAPTCHA, email delivery, license checks)
in their own documentation.

## დაყენება

 1. In your WordPress admin, go to **Plugins Add New Plugin**, search for **OrgFuse**,
then click **Install Now** and **Activate**.
 2. On activation OrgFuse creates its own database tables (prefixed `of_`). It does
not modify data from any other plugin.
 3. Open **OrgFuse Settings** to set your payment methods, sender name/email, and
    public pages.
 4. Create your first event under **OrgFuse Events** and build its registration form.
Copy the event’s shortcode (for example `[orgfuse_regres_create event="1"]`) from
the event editor or the Events list and paste it into a page.
 5. Under **OrgFuse Settings Organizer notifications**, check who gets the “New registration”
email (the site admin email by default).
 6. Core runs with no account or key. OrgFuse Pro and add-ons are separate plugins
from orgfuse.com; once one is installed, its license key goes under **OrgFuse
    License**.

## ხდკ

### Do I need a payment processor to use OrgFuse?

No. Core collects payments manually — check, cash, Venmo, Cash App, or an external
pay link — with a pending reminder admin-records-payment workflow. Integrated
Stripe and PayPal card payments are part of the optional Pro upgrade.

### Is the free Core plugin limited or time-limited?

No. Core is a complete plugin with no usage caps and no trial period — create unlimited
events, registrations, members, packages, and form fields. The optional Pro upgrade
and add-ons add integrated card payments with refunds and voids, auto-renewing memberships,
advanced form-building, and extra event modules; they do not unlock anything Core
holds back.

### What happens if I install Pro and my license lapses?

The plugin falls back to Core. Your data and all Core features keep working; Pro
and add-on features simply switch off until the license is renewed.

### Does OrgFuse send any data to external servers?

No. OrgFuse Core makes no outbound requests and sends no data to any server, ours
or anyone else’s. See “External services” above. Any paid add-on you install later
discloses its own services in its own documentation.

### Do the links in OrgFuse emails still work if my mail service tracks clicks?

Yes. Services such as SparkPost, SendGrid or Mailgun can rewrite links for click
tracking, so a pay or receipt link may point at the service’s domain first. It redirects
to the same OrgFuse page with its access token, so the link works as sent.

### Will it conflict with an older OrgFuse install?

No. OrgFuse uses its own `of_`-prefixed tables and never touches another plugin’s
data.

## მონაწილეები & დეველოპერები

“OrgFuse” ღია პროგრამული უზრუნველყოფაა. შემდეგმა ადამიანებმა წვილი შეიტანეს მის
განვითარებაში.

## ცვლილებები

#### 2.10.3

 * Saving an add-on, package, form field or venue with an empty text box no longer
   logs a PHP deprecation notice.
 * Code tidying for the WordPress.org Plugin Check.

#### 2.10.2

Fixes from the 2.10.1 recheck.

 * Security: a spam-protection token is claimed before anything is saved, so several
requests sent at once with one token can’t all get through. A refused submission
keeps its token for the corrected retry.
 * Archived events no longer appear on the public calendar.
 * An invite-only event’s form shows prices and payment details only with a valid
   invitation.
 * The calendar shows the venue address under its name, in every view and without
   JavaScript.
 * The note box in a follow-up email keeps its brand-color border and label.
 * Saved add-ons show their Prices table again, so a member price of 0 can be set
   on an existing add-on.
 * Recording more payments on a registration adds them to its open order as split
payments, and the registration’s Orders table shows every method (Cash + Venmo).
 * The event Emails tab asks before restoring the default email. The email-change
   confirmation is translatable.

#### 2.10.1

Fixes from a full retest of 2.10.0.

 * Security: a spam-protection token works for one submission only. The print-event
page shows draft, archived and invite-only events to staff only, and drafts no
longer answer the public form API.
 * Privacy: Export and Erase Personal Data now cover invoices, the email log, account
access requests and answers to registration questions. Invoice amounts are kept.
 * Add-ons: a member or window price of 0 means free (blank still means “use the
base price”); existing add-ons keep their prices. A required add-on must be picked
and only one add-on per exclusive group can be, on the form and on the server.
Add-on inputs have screen reader labels.
 * A package with no member price charges members the guest price instead of $0.
 * Payments: an order paid in parts (cash, then Venmo) lists every payment on the
receipt and in Orders. Partly paid registrations count on the dashboard and get
payment reminders. The receipt lists the package and add-ons.
 * Editing a registration shows the new amount right after saving, and an add-on
   set to 0 is removed.
 * Events save with Capacity or the start date left blank, and capacity can be cleared
back to unlimited. A venue in use can’t be deleted.
 * A hidden required field no longer blocks submit.
 * Approval events send a “We received your request” email at step 1 (editable in
   Settings Email).
 * Signing in from a “log in” link returns members to that page. Membership renewal
emails no longer log a database error.
 * The event search lists venue locations, and the calendar shows a plain list without
   JavaScript.
 * Email buttons use the brand color. Leaving Settings with unsaved changes asks
first. The Store shows the four new Pro add-ons as available.
 * `wp orgfuse verify` and `migrate` say “No legacy data found” on new sites. A
purge uninstall also removes OrgFuse capabilities.
 * Older changelog entries moved to changelog.txt.

#### 2.10.0

Groundwork for the new Pro add-ons: discount codes, workshops, presenters and certificates.

 * Registration, membership and form checkouts can show a “Have a discount code?”
box when an add-on turns it on. The discount shows as its own line, the total
never goes below zero, and editing a registration keeps the code it was saved
with. For a recurring membership, the code applies to the first payment only.
 * Add-ons with limited spots can show “N spots left” or “Full” on the registration
form, and a full add-on can no longer be picked.
 * My Account can show extra tabs supplied by add-ons (for example, certificates).
 * The add-on store shows which Pro add-ons are available now instead of “Coming
   soon” for every one.
 * Nothing is migrated and no settings change. Without Pro add-ons that use them,
nothing on the public pages changes.
 * For add-ons: new filters `orgfuse_modules_catalog`, `orgfuse_price_quote`, `orgfuse_package_price_quote`,`
   orgfuse_discount_codes_enabled`, `orgfuse_addon_availability`, `orgfuse_addons_check`
and `orgfuse_account_sections`, and the action `orgfuse_package_order_created`.`
PriceCalculator::quote()` takes an optional context array.

#### 2.9.0

A cleaner admin look: white cards on a light gray canvas, line icons instead of
emoji, and a small lock icon on paid features. Nothing is migrated.

#### 2.8.0

Settings is split into sections with a side menu, a setup check, and a save bar
that shows only when something changed. Requires PHP 8.2. Nothing is migrated.

#### Earlier versions

See changelog.txt in the plugin folder.
