This plugin has been plagiarized from the developer of https://wordpress.org/plugins/smart-quote-fixer/ Look at the source for both plugins, it’s identical, except that the output for this plugin is in entities instead of plaintext. He even didn’t know the ellipsis HTML entity. Read through the description and FAQ. It’s all slightly modified. This dude is a piece of work.. DO NOT SUPPORT HIM.
