I have been using CaptainForm's plugin for over two years now. I have CaptainForms on multiple sites. One plugin for multiple sites means I can edit and manage forms from whichever site I'm working in, even if those forms are dedicated to another site. It is a versatile plugin. Support from CaptainForm's has been on point too. I love this plugin and will continue to use it on all my future websites! Highly recommended!

They sell a product they don't support. Dont buy this plugin. There are lots of problems!
